1 Year Warranty

Our Ab Binder Aid product include a 1 year warranty against workmanship defects. You can rest assured any defects are covered and replaced immediately.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

For our accessories we offer a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship.

Customers can expect refunds to be issued within 14 days after we receive the returned item.

2. Select Your Option:

Complete the returns and exchange form and print your return label

*(Domestic Exchanges) No processing fee will be deducted.

*(Domestic Returns) A processing fee will be deducted: 3% of the refund value or $11.99—whichever is greater.

Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs for returns/exchanges.

International customers get a pre-paid return label that the cost is deducted from their refund.

3. Pack & Ship:

Securely attach the return label to the outside of the box or envelope. You can use the original packaging. Please do NOT combine returns into one package– use the correct return label for each return, in separate packages. Drop off your return package & keep a copy of your drop off receipt- important to have until your return is processed!
